German Mittelstand GCC Office Participates in Advantage Oman Forum

The German Mittelstand GCC Office was pleased to attend and actively participate in the Advantage Oman Investment Forum, held under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth. Organized by Oman’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP) in cooperation with Oman Investment Authority and the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ), the forum brought together key regional and international stakeholders to explore investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman.

The event featured presentations from senior Omani officials, global investors, and business leaders across sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, tourism, and green energy. As the official representation of the German Association for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW) in the GCC region, the German Mittelstand GCC Office joined the dialogue with a particular focus on strengthening German-Omani cooperation and supporting Mittelstand companies seeking to expand into Oman’s promising market.

Our participation reflects our ongoing commitment to building strategic bridges between German SMEs and high-potential markets in the Gulf, and we look forward to deepening our engagement with Omani institutions and investors in the months ahead.
